Since you have been posting on this board the majority of your posts like the one below mention dilution. Yet you also say you are a shareholder. Time to call you out on this one.
If your a shareholder as you say in your past posts then having done any DD on this at all you would have seen this pattern of buying with little to no movement in past weeks, months and years. So my questions to you are:
1. Did you do the DD to see that buying happens in the past with little to no upward movement at times?
2. Why did you buy if you feel and say in your posts that dilution is happening which it is not and yet anyone whether stockholder or not looking at this would see the same patterns of buying and selling.
3. You come along and pose questions in past posts about is news coming? is something happening? Then when I ask if your flipping you say no that your shareholder and have not bought or sold more.
4. If the majority of your thoughts and posts are that this is dillution then why not sell for a profit while you can at todays prices and be done with it.
5. You either are trying to cast doubt about this stock so you can buy cheaper, are a paid basher or your a shareholder who did not do proper DD and is now worried? Which is it?
6. You pose open ended questions on the board and others including myself have been open and honest with you. Please be open and honest with us as to your agenda, if you still own shares and WHY your still posting in almost every post that dillution is happening and the company is selling Without proof. Waiting on your profound answer.

Only thing that has me slightly concerned is we have had a TON of buying at the ask the past two weeks and we are only up a penny during that time. That is VERY odd to me.
Is this diluting that much? Shorting here seems very risky at best. Gotta be some company selling no?
