Ok lol. Drink some more kool aid as well. You sound the same as the CSHD, the SLJB, the NXNO, and the MCCY and countless folks right before they lost it all as well who all thought their stock was the "one". Don't get cocky when it comes to penny stocks.
And btw, this is how I make my living, and I do quite well at it, so please don't lecture me on how to trade.
What I am saying is this may very well turn out great, and I DO HOPE IT DOES as I am a shareholder. And I am not accusing CDCH of diluting. I am bringing up a point. That is that this stock has had some of its heaviest buying ever, and most certainly in the last year, and the stock is not moving. Look at ONMC today. Heavy buying the past week, the stock moves when there isn't a seller involved.
OBVIOUSLY someone is selling. Whether it is dilution or an insider, neither is good imo.
