Hope so for our sakes but when it comes to OTC and pink sheet stocks, I don't believe much of anything. IMO the longer this goes on (the upsurge in buying with no price movement) the more and more I am starting to believe this rumor of an upcoming deal was put out to dilute and sell shares. We've been at .08 for over a week now with buying everyday and we haven't moved an inch.

When it quacks like a duck, it is usually a duck. Hope I'm wrong. But if this deal was coming, why would the MM's be shorting or why would someone be selling millions and millions of shares at .08?

Hi Brent,

Nice post, and here's my little added take on things regarding this so called "delay" that some are getting nervous about.

I believe the deal is complete and only the final percentages between CDCH, MDMN, and the JJ group are being finalized. I may be way off there, but that's my reason for the delay. I agree that the added volume might be the news guys (JV partners) might be buying already for the last few days. Where's all the stock coming from? I know some might not agree, but I truly believe it's the NSS crews still at work.

It's going to be a fun ride over the next few weeks and months.
