As we wait here is IMHO a scenario that I feel fits. The deal may be having the final paperwork done, only the B.O.D. of both companies knows when.

In the meantime I think the major that won the final negotiations and or their associates are buying shares of both stocks. Just look at the volume each day and the rising slowly of the price as IMHO the MM's try to hold this down.

I think that they are shorting shares to those trying to buy and we should see some fun into next week IMHO. Just look at them raise the price a bit and fill on the ask and then drop both CDCH and MDMN today like they have in the past.

Should not be long now. Why do I think what I do.

1. Les went to Chile to sign a deal.
2. Les is back from Chile and there is nothing public announcing any deal done.
3. Price and volume have steadily increased and its IMHO not IHUBers or little guys buying and driving the volume above 9 million yesterday on MDMN.
4. People that have been in contact with Les are presenting that something should be out by Monday. I think that may be a smoke screen but hey what do I know.
5. IMHO when this is finally done I think MDMN,CDCH and the major will announce it together.
6. IMHO these are cheap shares but hey what do I know.
7. If the major and or their associates and also maybe the majors that did not win the deal are buying that would account for the increase in volume and 52 week highs in price and volume for MDMN and 52 week high in volume for CDCH.

Just my opinion and hope we continue to see the rise in volume and price as we move towards the end of this week.
