I have no idea where the company and Uli are at this point...apparently negotiating. I have advocated for some time that they bury the hatchet in the best interests of both parties and have expressed same as a shareholder through the proper channels. FWTW.
The JV will announce what the status is regarding subscriptons, installations, revenues, etc, when the Peraltas decide to do so. GTEM as a junior partner is totally at the beholding of the senior Peraltas in these announcements.
I am surprised this is getting repeatedly asked.
