i gave you one of my golden nails. thank you for great info.

RE:
HCPC update: we are about to see a deal sealed and closed soon imo based on previous gathered info from a board menber that went to shareholders meeting back on oct 18 (Dimadaggs )and what i heard from company :

first i heard from them back in october that they expect to fund the first BCLOC loan over the next 60 days based on oct 18 as a reference so we are in the right range now for that closing(mid to end december).

second dimadaggs reported on several questions asked that day @the meeting and the ones that attracted my attention were:

-an interesting question asked to CEO johnson was if the co had enough cash to get thro till the company close the first loan:miss johnson answered yes

-question also about employees are being paid :answer was yes

-the ceo was also asked a direct question about if the company is dumping shares in the open market:ceo answered no

about shares buyback:
---------------------

Based on $740 million loans closed(stated per ceo in previous pr), this would generate $35 million net profit for the company.

With the current 2.5 billion OS that would equate to $0.014 net EPS assuming no buyback .

The Company's plan(stated in previous pr oct 9) includes using 35% of its income following each project funding to buy back stock.

$12.25 million for a buyback!!!

my thoughts are :

if they don't close the full $740 million in loans and the co closed less amount than previously announced and has decided to proceed with a buyback @0.0001 instead of higher prices!!!

i believe we are under this scenario where the company is buying@0.0001

regards.

reading a little more: getting some shares or doing share buyback makes the company assets strong and into stonger hands too.
