How noisy is it? If the whole front is a grill where do the drives go?

My last build was with an Antec case...with noise insulation and a bunch of fans as well. Can't hear the dang thing so always have to look to see if the lights are on! Routing the cables was pretty easily done in this as well...compared to some others setups I have had.
