I just called the lease number and spoke to the leaser. He said Market 99 has leased the space and accounts for roughly 15,000 sq. ft of the 25,000 st. ft. area. He said everything is DONE and they plan on moving in very soon. I asked how soon is very and is said VERY soon. He thinks the store can be up by end of the year for sure.
I then aked how confident are you in this and he said they SHOULD BE IN by end of year
