This question goes out the the board, Des said in the cc he would deal with the shorts. Correct me if I'm wrong, with the symbol change being finalized certs have to be delivered to sharehoders on record with brokerage firms dosen't this present the best oppurtunity for Des and co. to address this. If their are shorts or naked shorts wouldn't that create a huge imbalance when delivering the certs. btw took me quite a while to type this out. lol
