No, it takes "days", at the most to prepare for the next batch of wort. It does take weeks to complete the fermentation process. I have been an active homebrewer since the mid-80's. I don't know this firm (and have no opinion on it's prospects), but I do know the brewing process.

Great, please give the name and address of the outlet that you are buying your beer from so as I can call them and ask if they can ship me some, since the brewery can not. I'm not bashining just stateing the facts, I'am long here and loseing money myself, but these boards are for people to share the facts with not just speculation. Thankyou and I look forward to hearing from you with the address so I can try some of the beer myself.
