#33105 RE: Briboy #33101

Bri,

Your statement:
'All I have tried to do is balance the board. Too, the CEO told me he is holding off any possible reverse split in order to give this stock a chance to recover, and an opportunity to clean up this board. I have failed miserably.

Does this mean that Berman directed you to bring balance and try to "clean" up this board? Is that why you requested an assistant mod role? Why did you not just tell us that? Why do you need to bring balance?

I am not down on you at all, but rather just confused as to why you continue to give this man the benefit of the doubt when he continues to use you and rape you over a barrel. Why not tell Berman to F*** Off and if he wants to repair any wounds and right this ship, to simply be honest and address the concerns of shareholders on this board. However, instead of being constructive, all Berman seems to have time for is to draft cease and desist letters and send them to shareholders who do not aide him in fleecing shareholders.

How many more times are you going to be taken by this clown? I understand that you have money in this pig just as I do, but unless Berman decides to come clean and become transparent, the share price will never increase.

If you want to get some of your money back, ask berman when he is planning on putting out positive PR's that indicate RSDS is on the right track to revenues? So far we have no indication of when that might be. No NI 43-101 reports, no new drilling, and no idea when the tailings pile will be sold. Instead, what we do have is continued selling by the CEO, 7 billion more shares to go through, R/S on th horizon and confirmed for 2008 by the CEO, owning AUMN but not really, no drilling until spring time, and lastly, efforts by the CEO to silence shareholders.

It is tough to be positive when you get a picture painted like that. We do not need balance to this board Bri, we need facts. I got suckered in once by Berman and that will not happen again. Everything I post is just the facts. If that puts our CEO in a bad light, then so be it. I have no inclination at all to try to balance my posts we happy, feel good fluff and will rather let the facts speak for themselves and as it happens, the facts don't paint a rosie picture at all.

"You say he has, but cannnot share the proof."

huh? have you not been reading this board, I have seen plenty of evidence and questionable actions, posted to this very board over the course of months!

Conversely

If the ceo says he has done nothing wrong, then he should have no problem ANSWERING A FEW QUESTIONS NOW SHOULD'nt HE???

So if you must pass anything along to him, be sure to pass that!

I could not agree more briboy, it is HIGHTIME he stopped dancing around saying, i am innocent... i am innocent!!!

and start down the road of answering these fundamental questions!!

Giver mang!...theres 30 of them in the ibox to start on!

Well minus 3 or 4.

That would be a start!!

Been saying that for a while too!

Bri this Ceo coming out and telling you he is waiting to give this stock time to recover after he has dumped 3.1 bn shares with 2 back to back 504's and and a/s count of 10bn. Recover from what?........His mindless selling?....He should have never, not ever, allowed the first 504 do this to his company, his shareholders, when he could have stopped this at any time seeing what he was doing the shareprice........Can he even begin to think that shareholders are coming back considering this onslaught?.......He bled this dry...........now he wants more money?. I think he better start giving something back.

Kinda like the analogy of the farmer who can only do his work by use of his ox.......what does he do?.......one day he pushes him in a deep ditch and he falls on his side, and can't get back up, and the farmer is to weak to get him out by himself. It takes him 3 days to get enough people to him, and by this time the ox his weak, stressed out, and nearly died, and now has to be returned back home in his stall so he can recover which may take a month.

The farmer now has no choice but to til the ground himself, and since this was the beginning of farming season he will have spend untold hours in the field, Sun up to Sun down which lends itself into weekend and weeks or his family will starve.

Whats the moral to this story?.......Don't harm those whose trust you've gained, and help your gonna need. Don't do something that you know you will have to undo later.

He is the responsible party for all this, not the shareholder, and not the market..........He had other options, lots of options, after all he had a million dollars he wanted to raise..........this is a ton of money. Have ya any idea what a million dollars can purchase?.

What did we have here initially?..........The Payday mines!
We did not need all these other mining claims when he clearly stated it was expensive to get the necessary things done to the Payday mines.........Did he have time to do this?......it looks like much of the work had been done, even a Geologist gave his evaluaton on these properties.

So why the rest of it?..........How many more millions and big time salaries did he package in to all this?. How many more years to get to those mines when he couldn't even get to these?.

His problem is this!.......He needs to return that money back to the company. Sell those mines back, and sell Aumn and get to the work on the Payday mines................this salary he took and all this other stuff he has done, he called his strategy. Have you any idea how much work could have gotten done just from the salary he took for himself?

We see where all this has taken us, and how he has benefitted from this at shareholders expense. He still has a/s of 10bn and he needs now to repurchase some of these shares o/s. If he chooses not to "undo" this and turn things around with shareholders he is finished imo.
