righty: yes, I new all about it, and frankly agreed

with it as well. However, I have said all along there has to be reconciliation on both sides if we are ever going to get passed this mess, or it will continue and get worse.

The CEO's main thing it this: if you have the goods, then prove it and nail him. I have asked you for proof, and you have told me I should realize that can't be done right now, that I need to trust you that you have the FACTS that this CEO has done multiple violations, both illegal and unethical actions.

The CEO says he has done nothing wrong. You say he has, but cannnot share the proof. Where should my allegiance lie, especially since I have a large investment in this company.

I have no problem with what you are doing, and I respect it, and I hope you feel the same way. You should have some solace though knowing I am well out numbered here. I really have no problem with negative posts, although speculative posts should clearly state so. Bad mouthing and putting down anyone should have no place on this board, but it is alive and well here.

All I have tried to do is balance the board. Too, the CEO told me he is holding off any possible reverse split in order to give this stock a chance to recover, and an opportunity to clean up this board. I have failed miserably.
