dgplexus, I don't know if they are a scam, incompetent, or just totally out of their league. But I do know that for whatever reason, they have been totally ineffective in accomplishing much of anything, outside of selling shares.
I think the share price is a pretty good reflection of that.

Nothing 'has' happened for years. Twiddling thumbs is as good a description as any.

How on earth did they develop their products, then? Such as, their _leading_edge_ forensics and ancestry products

Those products went on the market four years ago. If they were leading edge then, they aren't now.

A company doesn't develop leading edge products by just sitting on their thumbs, with "no progress on any front,"

No they purchased the technology from an outside source years ago, and put it on the market then. They have been sitting on their thumbs since then.

and big guns like Beckman Coulter don't market & sell their products if they aren't worthy.

Beckman-Coulter is just the latest in a long list of re-sellers, including the biggest gun in the ancestry market. Ancestry.com had their stuff years ago, if they were going to be noticed at all it happened then.

I call "reality check!"
