RJ, yes, we will have an opportunity as shareholders to decide on that share issue if they want to do a share adjustment of some kind.

As an alternative, they could also buy them back, put them in the treasury, and then later re-issue them back to themselves, which would clear the debt and maintain the shares at status quo.

On your second point, if the $$$ for the KDS sales have been received before December 31st, we will see the revenues booked on the next quarterly report. And the sales on deposit currently showing as a liability will be converted to sales.
