TR,

It is my belief that Cal and Brian will come to us for the increase, make the trade and elimate the debt.

Some will call it dilution, but if we have the debt elimanted from our books it would put us in a better position to borrow later if needed to finance a project.

Optimistic? maybe...

The next quarterly should show the payment for the KDS's that
we received deposits on. That should satisfy the payables to
the Manufacturer?
