I called Scottrade today and ordered 200k certs. They said it will take 4 to 6 weeks to receive my certs, although the other day she told me 30 days or less is common, but that 4 to 6 weeks nominal.

5 months they 'failed to deliver' (FTD). Just goes to show how much even the ones people trust, can be crooks.

You can bet TDA was not NEAR as happy as if you'd simply have sold for a loss.

As is though, they still probably made a bundle on ya, if you bought your shares 5 months ago when the pps was much higher, and they only now had to cover.
