I contacted the transfer agent again today and my request for certificates has been processed by TD Ameritrade and Scottrade. It is interesting to note that that my effort to obtain certs from TD Ameritrade was significantly more difficult.It took Scottrade about ten days to send my request to the transfer agent whereas it took TD Ameritrade about five months.
