Here is a good one - they're UPLISTING, uplist in my book is a higher exchange, what about yours? Not becoming a reporting company - OH WAIT, efgo is not going to be the shell so why even start reporting now ????

Last night the talk was that EFGO was just going to become a shell and everyone would get shares in a NEW COMPANY - what happen to that?

Does that sound like a RM to you ?? Not to me, but then again I don't look at the PR's in a mirror !!


OH an by the way GREAT NEWS would have been telling ALL - not doing a dog and pony show to the people that own (what little you shall have) the stock !!

Everyone got their mirror's ready - I feel another PR's a coming .....> but on this one I don't think your going to need a MIRROR - it will be PLAIN ENGLISH and then you'll never have to worry again about your shares, it will be easy to count to 10 !!

There is always a seller or a buyer, you are correct. It's just that the buyer or seller can be a MM. Makes it a little different than the traditional trading we are taught. MMs can use this ability to move the price in the direction they want--also called MMM (market maker manipulation. Holding inventory is just one of many ways that MMs can control the price in pinky land.
