uwlungman, I don't dispute that
MM make the market. They have been holding back our share price for over a week now.

What I was disputing was stangbs claim that someone else on here definitely did not but at .0002 , when we realy dont know for sure if they did or not, but we do know someone sold at .0002 ; So someone bought.. maybe a MM , maybe not. But with so many maybes there's no reason for stangBS to be bashing someone over it.

You hit it right on the nail. MMs hold inventory with both Short and long shares. There are plenty of loopholes in the system that allow them to Short a infinite amount of stock in order to maintain a market for EFGO. This is where the problem is. Those shares will have to be accounted for before the Merger is completed and the numbers from the brokerages must match up exactly with the numbers from the DTC and transfer agent.

28 degrees and snowing in Kalamazoo MI USA, Dec. 20 my family and I will be in Imus, Cavite for 3 weeks! Trade in my boots for sandals and my longjohns for short pants!! Not exactly looking forward to plane ride with my 5&2 year olds.
