You are right, these are not 'insiders'; they are holders of restricted shares, but IMO, it still raises a 'red flag' because there's a supposed merger/buyout announced.

We keep getting closer to the 52-Week Low ($0.017). Level II showed today a jump from $0.02 to $0.017 on the Bid; I hope that's not what the MM's are trying to push for.
