the new co. will own check 21, forex (as peter presland remains an officer of the new co.) and atm. ifgx will become a subprime lender and all other assets will be owned by the efgo shell.

So if you have 1,000,000 shares at .0003 and you convert equivilant shares at at .80 then you wind up with 375 shares. 10,000,000 would convert to 3,750 etc ?
