No, this is not an IPO, they cannot set a starting value for trading price. It is an existing pink that is being merged into. It already has a price. On a pari- passau basis it will work this way. Efgo shareholders will get 10% of the new stocks shares and goodlife will get 90%. So if the O/S shares in the new company are 100 million efgo gets 10 million of those shares. divide that 10 million by the 11 billion that are currenlty issued and multiply that by the total shares you own and that will be what you own in the new company.
