bigpike- definitely a reality check for all of us. Very glad to hear you made it through the big event. I know of two people that also had endocarditis, one apparently picking it up during a visit to his dentist and he at the time was a healthy 42 year old... A normally mundane thing (visiting dentist) turning into a life-threatening condition. Not to scare anyone away from the dentist, as dental health is very important too!

Take good care and best of wishes to you and all your family this Holiday season.

Bigpike..

Life experiences are to be shared with others because unless you live them they have no meaning.. Your's will not only be remembered on this board,, but also by your family as the blessing that kept you not only in thier thoughts but in thier company... Health never seems to be in question until a life changing moment occurs... Having that moment and being able to share the benefit of it is not only the true meaning of acquired wisdom but life in the fullest... Many trades will be made in the future,, but the trade that you just made was the 10-Bagger of your life.. Best of living to you and yours always and hope to see you at Vegas or where ever we meet next in the future... hank
