BFB, The only people who lost out on the recapitalization of Elephant Talk were its original Chinese shareholders.
They have owned 48.2% of Elephant Talk since HRCT bought its interest last year and will end up with only 38 % of ETLK - having given the other 10% to SRUN's pre-merger shareholders.
If I remember right, HRCT has owned 51.8% of Elephant Talk for the past few months and that % isn't changing in this transaction.
