HEY SL quick Question, with the very possible freezing of ARM/sub prime mortgage rates coming this week and the chance of a further rate cut coming also as hinted by Bernake, does CFC stand to look good in all this? WOuldnt CFC spike pretty hard just on news of freezing rates to help with securing less foreclosures and then rate cut may lead to more re-financing, loans, etc?? TIA
