ugh, correction again guy you got two as's there, but no biggie, we all know the scenario.
What a lot of you might not know is that last week Mr. Berman saw fit to whip me off a cease and desist letter.
A might bit hasty and not too well thought out it was, and probably a real bad idea to tempt fate with such a brash display of frustration.
Mr. Berman knows how to reach me and if he thought my due diligence was offensive he could have contacted me and indicated where I was wrong. I think we have all been patient enough, trying to go about getting answers to our questions.
Many have outright given up, seems theres only one person maybe two left who can get any answers at all.
I do notice a few of the 30 questions in the ibox have been addressed over time, just sad there not the important ones.
Now heres the barn burner.
It does not matter some of the facts faz has outlined, nor does the seemingly good news thats supposedly coming have much bearing on the fact, that I think in my opinion, many events that have occured, are what appear to be, to a reasonable man, ILLEGAL!!!!
As for those who would say...."PROVE IT!"
I would say, do i look like a judge? am i a lawyer?
Not my job, usually when people suggest to a ceo their belief is such, the ceo will come forward and clarify the issues.
It is not our responsibility to clean up a ceo's mess nor show him where it is, yet many here have given him the benefit of the doubt and done exactly that, in the hopes he would do exactly that.
His response is to shut us up!
Well i got news for you all, I took those 5 or six days, and I honored temporarily the cease letter, and I stopped talking in here. I then took my thoughts and feelings and started down the journey of bringing all these questions and much much more to the people who can answer them best.

I never intended to see things go this route, always held out hope the ceo would step up and talk. Instead he tried to gag me, and others from what i hear. But it seems we have no choice now
Now for obvious reasons, all of a sudden i am a busy lad, i do not expect to have much time to be in here keping score of the next expected "good news", but will be sure to keep reading, and moderating, to keep the room on track according to the tou/tos.
For now, it's the old news, that has my interest, and time.
