righty for a person to issue 2 504's, outright lie about the Payday claims, among other things, take a hefty million from retailers, issue himself a $350,000 salary that none of us not one knew of till the end of this 504, take some of that money buy another company, then issue shares to himself from it, detach shareholders from this being a subsidiary, waste and entire year doing little to nothing but selling shares, 3.1bn shares since all this began with Rsli and changing the symbol giving him access and he being the only one with new certs, how long was it before any shareholder of Ithi were issued new certs? f/s - r/s, ????????????????what??????????. Kinda like all these Pr's. One month its this and the next month is this, but his Major Priority, and his time has been engulfed with the share status, everything and anything always comes back to his focus here more than anything else. The only one real person to benefit from all this has been "HIM". My focus now is in line with his, just how he has picked this company apart to enrich himself, so what ever Berman has he can bring it on, as he attempts to hide behind these disclaimers, which only has meaning if what is occurring is not in his control........well I got news for him, this is all he's done is control, control the shareprice from .06 to .0001 with all that surrounds these 504's. I still would like to know what happened to the funds surrounding Rsli that was suppose to go back into this business?.
Cease and Desist?.......this is what we should have done 2.5bn shares ago, and we may need to consider this for real now to stop him from selling anymore shares and or doing a r/s.............no Ceo gets shareholders this angered unless they have really put some effort in to doing so.
If these Payday mines sit to the end of this year 2007 in the same state as where this all started that he wanted to raise these funds for he will have some explaining to do, and I care less about his excuses.
