i read posts all day for entertainment...the real meaty discussions are at nite. i have been involved in a number of penny stocks that have had great potential and or great stories, yet were losing millions but had share prices way higher than this. to read about some one worrying about being down 2 grand on this position is really not a thing to worry about. most of the pissing and moaning i think is from people who thought they had their money on red or black for one roll.i think in 10 penny stocks you would lose all in 3 or 4, make a few bucks in 2 or 3,break even in 1 or two , and you just might hit that one home run ...i think this is it. patience will be key and i plan to keep a core position while trading a portion of my shares on the extremes (ie buy .012 and sell .10)otherwise this looks to be a keeper for years.

Gitonwithit SOAPY! Luv that post!

Remember that bashing is a career to some and they learn to spew generalities in seeming support of their position on a regular basis. TS could figure out a way to buy Microsoft and issue $10 dividends and somebody would find something wrong with it just because they are on the wrong side of the trade.

Appreciate the straight facts, good work!

Soapy - you are of great benefit to this board and the IHUB community as well. You continue to inform the uninformed. You continue to educate us all.

I thank you as a fellow poster and shareholder for all that you do. AP

P.S. That was a beautiful post.

Let's work on quotes from the post:

Quote:
There's no debate on the convertibles -- they are all listed in the 10Q and are simple to read. Just look and see. Did it come out of the shareholder pockets? Not really. Did any of us purchase the convertibles and pay TS for them? No. Also, if you site a depression of the PPS due to dilution, you're only partially correct. Despite the dilution, the PPS has incresed quite handsomly since a few months ago. Thus your point here is at best moot.

Comment:
From the 10 KSB
On July 1, 2007, Seaway Capital, Inc. acquired GreenShift's entire controlling stake in GS Carbon Corporation in return for the assumption of $498,074 legacy debt and $1,117,719 Highgate debt.

No matter how you try and slice it and dice it ,
it still comes out to where shareholders of SWVC were mislead!
Who would've thought ol Uncle Tom would come out months later to reveal that the biggest part of the conversions were going through at .001
The best brains on this board thought we should've neen done converting months ago! But here we set , still wondering just how many more to go!
$1,615,793 was the debt of the shell and there has been over 630 million shares converted already and sold to unsuspecting shareholders at an avg. price of .032 , that is over 20 million dollars of shareholders money to pay off a 1.6 million dollar debt!!
AND THEY ARE STILL NOT DONE CONVERTING SHARES
My estimate comes out to 1.2 billion by the time they are done and of course that doesn't include any other conversions of series C shares from Wisebuys or Hackets shareholders or other convertables that have been added recently from the last 8K

It's odd how you neglect to mention that KK was removed from office and place into a COO position. In reality, KK has no power anymore and Carroll/TS have the power. There's no reason to be concerned about KK since he's rendered powerless as per his agreement w/ TS.

Comment:
You can spin it any way you want !
KK is/was/will be involved in the future shell / debt games that he /cornell / his wife have been up to for many years!
Don't think for one minute that KK is just going to hand it all over to the lovely SWVC shareholders with out having them involved in his next round of toxic financing!
Oh, by the way, all of his "Patent Pending technology " has been pending for over 4 years , maybe longer as I've only followed that long.
Hey charts don't lie , just look them up !
GSCT - GSHF - GSGF - GSEG

It's curious to see that the filings show that we are a true holding company slowly building a value -- in direct contradiction of your assumed relationship between PPS and intrinsic value.

Comment:
When the shell was empty it had a higher market cap (as high as 35 million and the O/S was less than half the size it is now. ( now with twice the O/S it's only 12 million )
So I would conclude that the market does not like the way in which Tom has added such value!!

Your audit comment is also without merit for a simple reason - you do not know the knowledge that TS knows. Perhaps he has the rough numbers already and you don't. That doesn't mean the numbers don't exist yet. Think about it, if he didn't know rough numbers, the M&A would be very difficult to perform. I have no doubt that a CEO and his supports would have the necessary fiscal data to make rational M&A deals.

Comment:
What I do know is that every other detail that Tom has held onto , for future release , has always been bad news to the market and when the info. was finally released the PPS has always dropped !
I don't look for that to change on the future ammendments to the Hackets deal either!
He's already added one in the latest 8K :

"WiseBuys also agreed to execute a guaranty in favour of Community Bank of approximately $1.9 million in debt owed by Hacketts to Community Bank"
http://yahoo.brand.edgar-online.com/fetchFilingFrameset.aspx?FilingID=5570916&Type=HTML

I can hardly wait to see all of the wonderful debts and conversions that will be announced in the ammended 8K filing.

Do your research and learn about financing. Perhaps it'll clear up your confusion about how M&A is done in the real world. Also, it may reduce your biases and afford hard analysis.

Comment:
I've done plenty of research and have draw my conclusions !
And they are not based on pipe dreams and fairy tails like many on this board !
