don paid shakerzz to promote a triple threat when the stock had an "a" name last year before the last reverse split. why do i know this? because don told me he did on the only telephone conversation i had with him. shakerzz back in those days did not disclose the payment. i see now he has stifled himself quite a bit. don said he would not r s the stock back then too. he said it would just go back down again if he did because it was heavily naked shorted if he r/s. he said he made a mistake with a toxic financier, and that he would be helping the shareholder now and this is the time that the shareholder base should stick together , then he flew to germany after diluting the pizza out of the stock and then when he got back he did the 1000 for 1 r s. that was over one year ago.
after the rs he prd that the nss should get ahold of him to settle with him their naked short , greys to pink again, then
in between all this he was waving palumbo and eli industries divys at us like it gave a form of dignity to the cause. we all called eli and palumbo to see if it was true and they backed don up. so it looked legit. then don wanted $60 from shareholders that deserved all three divys .. i paid>>$60>>> he cashed the check (mail fraud bait and switch to obtain a fee) still no palumbo or eli enterprises divy to this day.
this should bring in the fbi. interstate mail fraud.. come to find there was no need to pay don for the hvln divy.
everything don did was a lie and perpetrated to his advantage against the shareholder base.
