also the $60 he asked for to send you the 3 divies ,cashing that check was interstate mail fraud which brings in the fbi.
the fact is we got one divy and that divy did not require any payment to donnie boy at all. this is u.s. mail fraud. bait ans switsh in order to obtain a fee is fraud and then perpetrating the fraud by asking shareholders that hold their shares in street name to send in money and filling out forms sent by email is wire fraud, internet fraud, and if you sent the required money and the check was actually cashed is mail fraud.
the creep cashed my whole $60 check and with repeated efforts to get this money back , he has not yet sent any money back, in fact the divy will be reverse split too if you ever dare to lift the restriction.
