Yeah, we have that direction, we also have them settling a legal issue after ten years for legal costs. After 10 years of not doing much else and riding the coattails of the ericy issue, it was over. And the statement is they believe this triggers, Nokia believes it doesn't if I'm reading the statement correctly. Apparently Nokia know how to read as well.

And I haven't trusted them since, oh the hockey stick remark, well maybe the option issue, no since the insider selling, no I got it, the essential patents that we can't seem to sell, yeah that’s it. But then again all I have to do is sit and trade, doesn't matter if I trust them. They sell more than me anyway.
