No dilution going on here IMO. Been watching L2s. Confirm it everyday with the leadership of SHCM. No new shares will hit the market in 2007. POSSIBLY sometime in 2008, but they simply do not need to raise money now. Give this a chance to blossom and find out WHY.
The 50 million float is accurate...actually, it should be more like 46 now because of the share retirement.

First thing in penny stocks to learn is never trust anyone...when they say they are holding, they most likely are flipping...only trust your own DD and gut, never believe anything anyone posts on a message board...the float is being turned over because pink sheet stocks are for trading, not holding...all IMO
