This is my 1st post on this board and I anticipate getting flamed big time because it is not a 'to the moon weeeeeeh wooooohooooo' post. I do have a reasonable position in this stock and am hoping it to climb back up.
BUT what I have seen on this and many other boards at this site is a routine slamming of any post that hints at a negative sentiment regarding the stock and what is going on with it. I have managed to lose real money while playing penny-pink stocks and the last couple weeks here is a perfect example. While members routinely call negative posts bashers and pumpers, I disagree. If you would conduct a survey here and add up the total holdings that this group holds in this stock and then deduct that from the 'known' existing float, you might be surprised at what is really out there in the market for trading.
What I don't understand is this: If most of the float is controlled by this group, and nobody is selling, then how will this stock ever return value to you. A stock only moves upward in price if demand is greater than supply. If the only people demanding higher prices are the holders of the float-who's going to give you your pps increase?
Secondary to that issue, the simple fact is that if I (and I can only speak for myself here) has sold last week when pps hit 0.0345, and waited until today to buy back, I could have realized thousands of dollars in profit and still bought back in with a stronger position at a much lower pps. But, I broke my 1st rule of pinksheet stocks and got seduced by the possibility that this stock was going places. As it stands, and I know no-one wants this thought, The so called bashers are more right than wrong here. The stock has dropped almost 50% in less than 2 trading days. Why is that??? One very plausible explanation is that maybe, just maybe, dilution was occurring. If most of the float is held here, then how were 10 million shares and up per day occurring last week????

I don't understand how you can view honest analysis from investors as bashing, but the reality of investing is that if you believe hype and pie in the sky promises, you WILL LOSE MONEY more than you will make it in pink sheet land.

Take your profits when they present themselves, a re-entry position always will be available and you won't lose as much money.

There is no such thing as a bad profit and green always spends

That is my 2 cents and just an honest observation after slogging through 1000's of posts every day here to get snippets of real info and DD.

Thanks for all your research on the company everyone and I hope the PPS rebounds soon
