I did this because some were questioning whether any dilution was taking place due to this volume and the pps still stuck in the .03s There can be no dilution until after the deal closes, and I think for even 3 months after the deal closes. So nothing to worry about, just some idiot selling through UBSS who doesn't realize this is going to run again to previous highs.
