The genesis of the whole Mobilestream phase of things was in Central America [see attorney's letter], there was obviously more share capital than anyone realised. Boiler rooms flogged of the balance that the management appeared to have no control over despite taking over Mobilestream as a vehicle for their operation. The tame transfer agents generate a list of "subscribers" including my folks, hand it to Olde Monmouth who don't know the history etc etc.
