Just been revisiting the 'Shareholder Letter' on the GBRC website.
If GBRC were ready (via Law Firm) to file SB-2 registration form by Aug14 it is fairly obviously not the SEC that is causing the delay if they have not yet received anything to date....their deliberations follow receipt. So, just what has happened/not happened to bring things to a halt re submission! Has the Law Firm come across something amiss.....
