This is going to get ugly. No matter how you look at it. No one is going down without a fight. And the problem is it will damage the company for long term. Too bad for the shareholders. It's also to bad that they couldn't work together and build a strong company as a team. They might have spared a lot of legal expenses. Now the attorney's will be the individuals who get the oil revenues instead of building a company stronger and more profitable.
