Phil, I see. Perhaps it could be worded like this.

Do you have more the 250k to 500K shares yes--- no---
Do you have between 500k and 1M shares yes ---- no---
Do you have between 1M and 1.5M shares yes ---- no---
and so forth, Perhaps up to 5million shares or so. Of course the number wouldn't be exact but you'd have an idea of where we're at.

Are there any computer programmers out there, java or even mySQL???

don't think it would take to long to build a 2 page site that could store shareholder info with a web based input and web based real-time report with info such as #, total shares held, avg price paid

i'm not the nerd i used to be, i could do it in c++ but wouldn't be able to get it live and publicl

just a thought!
