Those are the targets for financing, it appears..Which lines up with the acquisitions Hrct intends to make..I agree with FranZ..This could be tied into the 4 million needed to be raised per the contract....Since ZD vocational college is an established school, a local investment firm would have a good idea of what is happening in Chongqing..Looking forward to December..jmo

Something to note from the last Quarter filing..The tech subs to be discontinued as of this week..

the Company decided to wind up Hartcourt Hi-Tech Investment (Shanghai) Inc. The wind-up process is expected to be completed by the end of November 2007.
