DWP, totally disagree. A 5mm market cap is not too high for our developing company. I can site many shells, with no earnings or assets, that have a higher cap. It was the MMs who decided to take 50% off the pps on the 1st trading day after the 8k. Certainly wasn't the sellers who simply told their brokers to sell. They didn't set the .009 pre-open.
Little assets? Consider the patented technology which makes them the best available. Then throw in 7 years of development and 20 years of experience and name recognition from the announced merger/acquisition. The more experts who speak out on the product the more valuable it becomes. Small revenue? What do you expect for an emerging company? We KNOW there is going to be marked improvement/sales. It's a given. Huge losses? That is a laugh. Seems much of what loss we had was associated with merger expenses which is done with.
