xanadu...sorry, but, you can't blame the MM's for everything....they didn't "decide to take 50% off the PPs...."; they make $$$$$ whether the stock goes up or down....
it was market disappointment in the fins that reset the PPS....and, the market cap is still high....
AND.....the patent, in reality, is little more than a good way of telling the competition how it's done....
let's suppose there is patent infringement by someone else.....where do you think Aero will come up with the money to litigate the infringment and drag thru the legal system 3 to 5 years for a judgement???? (lawyers don't work for free).....
