frankly, anyone who says that Walt wasn't "in on it," is either oblivious, or "in on it" IMO.

to say he is "a brilliant strategist out to help all shareholders," is beyond absurd IMO.

"I believe Walt has a lot at stake here." this is totally correct IMO, but perhaps not in the ways you would like newbs to think.
