How many people here actually received a proxy to vote for these new directors?????

I ask because I dont remember anyone stating that they did.

Ive been around Lanza operations long enough to know that NOTHING is ever as it seems where Joe and/or Jayne are involved, when you deal with these people, think "The Prince" by Machiavelli meets "The Art of War" by Sun Tzu.

metrolane, Lanzas usual SOP as Ive seen in the past is to "allocate" most profit off in "consultant" fees, loan interest payments, business "deals", and other assorted insider compensation mechanisms, he then "lends" that money back to the company in private placements or in out right loans with nice interest and convertable options.

Believe it or not, as a director and/or manager of the company, he can do pretty much all of that legally as long as it doesnt violate any laws and it is included in its financial/tax filings, in fact, I wouldnt be surprised if he controls a lot more shares than people think because of such mechanisms.
