Are you kidding? I don't think it's even going to be close!

I would say that if they've already gone through 60%(using "your" numbers) and only have two million left, they do "NOT" have "plenty" as you put it. It wouldn't surprise me, if the SEC drops the hammer on GlobeTel, besides the fines, there could be additional class action suits as well.

The most disturbing thing for a company that has already cost a carrier these claims, and lied to another when applying for coverage...

IS WHO IN THE WORLD WILL WANT TO WRITE THEIR "NEXT" POLICY!!!
