LEINWAND CAUGHT GIVING FALSE AND MISLEADING INFORMATION TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY - LYING.
INSURANCE COMPANY DECLARES LEINWAND AND LYNCH STATEMENTS FALSE AND MISLEADING.
I bring your attention to page 10, second paragraph from the bottom and page 11.
Once again, Leinwand lies to insurance company and slam dunks GTEM's iHub spokesperson as to why coverage was not forthcoming. Insurance company agrees to pay all legal expenses for all parties. Read the facts.
TAO UPDATE:
Sources tell me that the good doctor has done nothing and will continue to do nothing until such time as GTEM deposits the money into escrow at which time TAO will begin their due diligence on GTEM. I know for a fact that the good doctor and the shareholders of TAO read this website. I do not think that the good doctor will be very pleased at how Leinwand, Khoury and Kostro treated his fellow Germans. It is inevitable that the same will happen to him and his company.
The behavior of Khoury, Leinwand and Kostro is simply reprehensible. To string these people along and demand that they take personal liability is shameful. BEWARE DR. KROPLIN. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU.
Khoury is hiding out in London. He will never be held accountable for the monies he took from GTEM.
Kostro, in my opinion, is the one that needs to be held accountable for his lies and deceit. This is a thoroughly disingenuous person. He also will not be held accountable as he is hiding out in Poland.
Last, but not least, is the backstabbing, lying Leinwand. He is probably the worst of them all. His excuse will be "client privilege," client privilege."
In time all will be revealed.
NOTHING WILL COME OF THIS SHAM. THE SHAREHOLDERS WILL GET NOTHING FROM IT. THERE IS NO STRAT PROJECT AT THIS TIME. GTEM HAS NOT PROVIDED THE CASH OR THE STOCK THAT WAS STATED IN THE ALLEGED LETTER OF INTENT. THERE IS NO DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT BECAUSE THE DEAL IS NOT MOVING FORWARD.
MEXICO JV UPDATE:
It should be clear now that Leinwand lied and misled the public, the SEC and shareholders regarding GTEM's 49% interest No Mas Cables de Mexico (GTEM Press Release) The documents that I post on this site are all genuine, and if called upon to produce them, I will certainly do so.
The approximately $1 million committed by VPN is at this time only a commitment. Approximately $200,000 that was in fact injected by VPN represented the 10% reduction. If VPN continues to fund the project, every $200,000 will result in a further dilution of GTEM at the rate of approximately 10%; however, it is my understanding that the balance of the shares, that being 39% will be acquired by IGS. This will render GTEM with no holding whatsoever in No Mas Cables de Mexico.
VPN is currently in negotiations with a U.S. firm to continue deploying the project in Mexico AND IT IS NOT GTEM.
UPDATE ON CWID TRIALS:
Uli Altvater did in fact put together the essential points and equipment for the CWID trials; however, he did not prepare the application to attend the CWID trials. Barry Reed of Sanswire submitted all of the documentation in the name of Trimax. Did Barry do this on his own, or were Khoury, Leinwand and Kostro aware of his actions? I think so. Khoury was running the company and Leinwand was his right hand man. Why did Khoury at the last minute order Barry to dispose of all of the brochures? This left the presentation by Trimax without any literature whatsoever. Why was the application made in the name of Trimax? Here is the reason, or at least one of them.
Trimax was under absolute instructions from vendors that were owed money by GlobeTel that if he, Uli, did any work whatsoever for GlobeTel they would not supply components. It was Uli's radios at CWID. It was Uli's talent and ingenuity at CWID. If anything comes out of the CWID trials, it will go to Trimax.
There is simply no way that the U.S. Government would get involved with the sleaze bag operation that GTEM has become. They would not associate with the likes of Leinwand. Think about it. GTEM's "acting" CEO is a backstabbing liar as clearly demonstrated by the documentation on this website. The Chairman is in hiding in Poland. GTEM has no money by their own statement. They have no product, certainly not any current radios. I challenge anyone to show me what technology they have. They have none. Show me a patent. They have none. I keep seeing the word "technology" bantered around. What is it and where is it? This should not be that hard to produce.
