The better question is WHO was buying all these shares between .0002 and .0005 ??? The company has yet to produce ANYTHING over the past few years.
IMO speculation that they'll close loans Dec and Jan will drive this much higher. Mrkt cap is a whole $400k, so it wouldn't take much to make this a 10 bagger.
