I don't understand why so many are complaining about the financing deal. In fact, for anyone with a long-term horizon, isn't this a good thing? It gives us the opportunity to pick up some dirt cheap shares - an opp we would never have had if the financing had been done 'properly'.

The future success of the restaurant is a no-brainer. If you've got the patience to hold on for a year or two (three or four even better), then this is a gift. A great big early Xmas gift!

I would have loved to buy it up at 1.50, but the ask never went that low. If it does, bet your ass I'll be all over it. If anyone wants to sell, please, please do!

NeoEdge is announcing today that it has appointed Nolan Bushnell, the father of the video game industry, as its chairman as the company launches an open advertising network to support casual games. Mountain View-based NeoEdge has a technology that allows game publishers and developers to wrap ads around existing games without changing the games or the game development process, said Alex Terry, CEO of NeoEdge.
