Folks have every right to complain. Yes, management are giving us an opportunity to BUY more shares at dirt cheap levels, but at the same time they really hurt the existing shareholders. The stock have essentially crashed over the past year and it will take a 100-300% move from these levels for some of us to break even. It really shouldn't have gotten that high in the first place, but it did.
There's also a few things to think about. A possible recession and the continuing downturn of the housing market. If you think this isn't going to hurt UWINK, think again. There's plenty of risk involve here.
