you are correct that a symbol change would force a cover..... but again you are correct that the short (reported) position here is only 4M..... I remember reading Jason & Des addressing this and saying they felt the unreported or naked shorts were very high.... and had set plans for a forced cover.... I wonder if we would see a NOBO list, or symbol change.... I would assume they would ticker change for the merger.....
