I don't think they convert yet... O/S hasn't increased. When TA starts telling us of differen O/S or we have an increase in A/S then you know they are in the process.

Remember they want to convert at the lowest price they can so they can get more shares. If one can pin point the price, that will be where one should feel good buying it.
